Our take
Ivím is a more interesting comparison for someone already paying for its care membership. For a new patient, I would start with the combined bill, then weigh the convenience of a sublingual tablet against the evidence for that route.
What stands out
- Medication and membership separated on the product page
- Support page identifies supply options
- Clinician consultation precedes prescribing
What to weigh
- Medication pricing alone understates the combined cost
- Compounded programs require upfront payment
- GLP-1 study results are not sermorelin evidence
What a new patient would pay
Ivím’s pricing support page lists a one-month sublingual supply at $129 and a two-month supply at $199, with a required $74.99 monthly membership for the medication plan’s duration. It says compounded programs are paid upfront.
For a new member buying one month, the listed components total $203.99. For the two-month option, $199 plus two membership payments of $74.99 totals $348.98, or $174.49 per month averaged across that period. These are calculations from listed components, not verified checkout totals; confirm any other charges and payment timing.
Existing members need a different calculation
If you already pay the care membership for another treatment, ask whether adding sermorelin requires another fee or only the medication charge. Do not assume either answer. The incremental cost to an existing patient can differ from the total cost of joining.
That distinction changes my view of the price. A new patient is budgeting for care and medication together; an existing member may be considering only an additional prescription. Counting a shared membership twice would make the latter comparison misleading.
The formulation and the evidence
The product is described as dissolving under the tongue. The site’s clinical-outcomes note discusses semaglutide and tirzepatide studies. Those findings do not establish that this sermorelin formulation produces the same weight-loss results.
Ask for route-specific evidence and a clear clinical goal. A tablet’s convenience does not establish equivalent absorption or effects to an injection. Read our oral versus injectable guide before comparing formats solely on price.
Before starting a plan
Confirm state eligibility, the dispensing pharmacy, medication quantity and any lab or shipping costs. Request the date on which cancellation stops both medication renewals and membership billing.
