SermorelinHub

Privacy policy

This policy describes the information handled when you read Sermorelin Hub, contact us, or follow an affiliate link.

Effective October 7, 2026.

Scope and contact

This policy describes how the operator of Sermorelin Hub handles information connected with sermorelinhub.com. It covers this publication, not a provider’s intake, pharmacy records, affiliate network, or any other website you visit. Contact privacy@sermorelinhub.com with a privacy question or request.

You can read the site without creating an account. We do not operate medical intake forms, process treatment payments, or provide clinical care. This policy explains our practices; reading it does not replace consent where the law requires consent.

Information received when you browse

Our hosting and security services process information needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, referring information, and access times. Vercel provides hosting and associated security services.

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, engagement, traffic sources, and provider-link choices. Google may process device and browser identifiers, approximate location, referring information, and interactions, and may use analytics cookies. Our analytics configuration disables advertising personalization and Google signals. It does not include the query portion of the page address in configured page-view reporting.

Pages viewed and providers selected can reveal an interest in a health topic. We do not treat those interests as a diagnosis, but they can still be sensitive. Do not assume browsing health information is anonymous simply because you have not created an account.

Cookies, browser storage, and your choices

Google Analytics starts when you arrive unless you previously opted out in this browser or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. It may receive information before you interact with the banner. You can turn analytics off without losing access to the site. Essential hosting, security and requested site functions remain available.

Choose “Turn off analytics” to stop analytics, or “Keep analytics on” to retain it. You can reopen here or in the footer at any time. Turning analytics off stops future measurement and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies set for this site; it does not erase information already sent to Google.

We remember your choice in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days, then show the choice again. After the choice expires, analytics resumes by default unless Global Privacy Control is on. Clearing site data removes that choice. If storage is blocked, the choice may last only for the current page. If you do not make a choice, analytics remains on unless Global Privacy Control is on. When enabled, our Analytics configuration limits its first-party cookie lifetime to 180 days; cookie lifetime is separate from how long analytics records are retained.

When your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we keep optional analytics off, even if an earlier choice allowed it. We do not use the older Do Not Track signal as a separate consent control. You can also manage cookies through browser settings or Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.

Browser session storage remembers whether affiliate notices or exit prompts have appeared during your visit. Research-library searching and filtering happens within the page; our site code does not send the entered search text to us. Google explains its information handling in its privacy policy. Your choice here does not control cookies on provider or affiliate-network websites you visit.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your address, any name you provide, your message, and attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, investigate corrections, maintain correspondence, and address legal or security matters. Email and forwarding providers process messages to deliver them.

Please do not send medical records, laboratory results, insurance identifiers, payment details, or urgent health questions. We do not need them to answer an editorial inquiry. If you send sensitive information anyway, it may be present in our correspondence and email systems. Contact us if you want us to review its removal.

Provider links and affiliate attribution

When you follow a provider link, the provider and any participating affiliate network may receive referral and technical information and use their own cookies or identifiers. A network may associate a qualifying action with our referral so it can calculate compensation. We may receive referral or commission reporting needed to manage that relationship.

Our provider-link measurement records which provider and link location you selected. We do not intentionally put medical records or the contents of your emails into affiliate referrals. Once you leave this site, the destination’s policies govern the information you submit there. Review those policies before completing a medical questionnaire or purchase.

Why information is used and who may receive it

We use information to operate and secure the site, understand readership, maintain content, respond to correspondence, administer affiliate relationships, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Hosting, analytics, email, and other operational providers may process information for those purposes under their own applicable terms.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to respond to a valid legal process, to investigate abuse, or to protect rights and safety. If the publication or its assets are transferred, relevant information may be transferred with appropriate notice and subject to applicable law. We do not operate a business selling reader contact lists. Affiliate and analytics disclosures described above still occur, and legal definitions of data “sale” or “sharing” can be broader than a cash sale.

Retention, security, and international processing

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, including handling inquiries, documenting corrections, security, accounting, and legal obligations. Hosting logs and analytics records are subject to the applicable service settings and retention practices. We do not promise a fixed deletion period that has not been established for a particular record.

No website or email system can guarantee complete security. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries whose privacy protections differ from those where you live. Any protections required by applicable law continue to apply.

Privacy requests and children

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain uses or disclosures. Send requests to privacy@sermorelinhub.com. We may need proportionate information to verify and locate the relevant records; do not send government identification unless we explain why it is necessary and how to provide it securely.

We will respond within applicable legal deadlines, explain any lawful limitation, and identify any available appeal process. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator. We do not penalize readers for exercising applicable privacy rights.

The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We will update the effective date when we revise this policy and provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or legally required. A revised policy does not retroactively remove rights or substitute for required consent.
