What does “oral” mean here?
Oral is an umbrella term, not a complete formulation description. Sublingual tablets, lozenges, and swallowed capsules are not interchangeable. Ask what the pharmacy will dispense and how the prescribed product is intended to be used.

Separate the medication from membership
Strut is a useful first comparison because its advertised price names a 30-day supply. Ivím uses a different structure: $129 for a one-month tablet program plus $74.99 monthly membership. Those published components add to $203.99 for a new member before any additional charges that may apply.
Eden’s introductory medication and membership components add to $165. Its later $99 membership should not be mistaken for the complete monthly bill: medication renewal remains an unanswered part of the quote.
Two starting prices need a fuller quote
Nu Image’s $169 figure is advertised as a starting monthly amount. Confirm whether the selected tablet prescription qualifies, what quantity arrives, and whether any additional care costs apply. Its three-format menu can help frame a discussion about preferences, but the same starting figure does not make the prescriptions equivalent.
Invigor’s $192.50 oral starting price needs an additional step before comparison: establish how much time the purchase covers. It is not a verified monthly rate.
Two options with manual renewal
GobyMeds lists a three-month troche option at $399 and says its orders do not automatically renew. It also lists tablets and dissolvable films, with different prices. The useful comparison is the exact formulation and full purchase size, not a single label for every oral product.
GOAL.MD lists sublingual tablets at $149 per month. Its catalog says the care team contacts you before continuing a compounded program, with billing after your agreement. A needle-free format still requires prescribing and pharmacy support. Before enrollment, identify who answers a formulation question, how to contact the clinician about unwanted effects, and whether follow-up or laboratory work adds to the cost.
Also confirm state eligibility before paying. Invigor’s reviewed oral page excludes California.
Do not purchase a promised result
The FDA explains that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed for safety, effectiveness, and quality before marketing. Historical injectable sermorelin evidence does not supply that missing review for these oral products.
A favorable hormone measurement is also different from evidence of better sleep, strength, or body composition.
