Ivím is a more interesting comparison for someone already paying for its care membership. For a new patient, I would start with the combined bill, then weigh the convenience of a sublingual tablet against the evidence for that route.

## Existing members need a different calculation

If you already pay the care membership for another treatment, ask whether adding sermorelin requires another fee or only the medication charge. Do not assume either answer. The incremental cost to an existing patient can differ from the total cost of joining.

That distinction changes my view of the price. A new patient is budgeting for care and medication together; an existing member may be considering only an additional prescription. Counting a shared membership twice would make the latter comparison misleading.
