# How to choose a sermorelin provider

A polished checkout is easy to compare. The details behind the prescription take a little more work. Use these questions before you pay.

## Confirm the medical relationship

Find out who evaluates you, how to contact them, and whether they can treat patients in your state. Ask what happens if the questionnaire is not enough to decide whether a prescription is appropriate.

The platform selling access and the clinician providing care may be different organizations. That is not inherently a problem, but the distinction should be understandable.

## Name the dispensing pharmacy

Ask which pharmacy will fill your prescription and how to verify its license through the relevant state board. A generic “U.S. pharmacy” statement does not identify the business handling your medication.

Clarify who answers questions about formulation, storage, beyond-use dates, and delivery problems. An accreditation logo is not a substitute for knowing which pharmacy will dispense your particular order.

## Request a complete price

Get the medication amount, formulation, dose-specific price, consultation fees, lab costs, supplies, shipping, and renewal terms in writing. If the provider advertises a monthly equivalent for a longer commitment, ask what amount is charged today.

Compare the same formulation where possible. Our [cost guide](https://sermorelinhub.com/guides/sermorelin-cost) explains why a $99 headline can describe different purchases.

## Understand the exit as well as the start

Before subscribing, find the cancellation method and deadline. Ask when the pharmacy begins processing a refill and whether that changes refund eligibility. Save the terms that apply to your order.

“Cancel anytime” is not a promise that an order already processed can be refunded. Do not rely on that phrase without the details.

## Look for a real follow-up plan

Ask when care will be reviewed, how you report side effects, and what response time to expect. A clinician should be able to explain what counts as benefit, what monitoring is appropriate, and when treatment should be reconsidered.
